Afro Brazilian Martial Arts and Fitness is the first program to offer the art of Capoeira on the Jersey Shore. Since the year 2000 we have been a part of the Capoeira community as well as performing in the NJ area with other groups as well as forming our own in 2002, promoting the art, culture,music, history and unique exercises and fitness that Capoeira has to offer. Classes are instructed by Professor Baiano and Formado Pacato
